OYO State ASUP Strike Suspend

Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic, Oyo state branch has suspend the three month strike that begin November 3rd 2017 due to non payment of staff salary and reduction in staff allowance.

The state government has agreed to fulfill the promise of all staff of government workers in Oyo state both the polytechnic workers, primary and secondary school staff and the sack 254 workers of LAUTECH teaching hospital in the short period of time and has call all the striking workers to resume on Monday.
